Step inside to find a spacious living area, where a gas fireplace and large TV provide the perfect setting for cozy evenings. A chef's dream, the kitchen features a 48" 6-burner Wolf Range and a striking wood island, all set against the backdrop of panoramic views of West Sound.

Each of the three bedrooms offers a restful haven, with the main suite boasting an en suite bathroom complete with an oversized shower with a relaxing rain head fixture. The guest bathroom impresses with an oversized soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of island exploration. Radiant heated tile floors add a touch of luxury to your morning and evening routines.
Downstairs, an entertainment area awaits, equipped with a Brunswick billiards table, ping pong conversion top, and a comfortable seating area with a leather couch and chair, TV, Bose stereo, and a massage chair. There’s also a half-bath, wet bar, and wine fridge on hand for your evening soirees.
Step outside on the main level to enjoy southern exposure that floods the oversized deck and backyard with sun all day long (see our comments around water conservation here). “I cannot say enough good things about Todd and Lori’s place. Everything down to the candles in each of the bedrooms and the lovely welcome note and gift was thought of.
You will want for nothing in this house. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and if you like to cook or grill, you are in for a treat!
The fully fenced yard is HUGE and our pups loved it. The deck offered a gorgeous view of the water and the beautiful flowers that adorned the property were an added bonus.”

Why is the lawn/grass not green in the main photos?
The grass appears brown in the photos because during the dry summer months when rainfall is limited, the grass turns dormant. To support water conservation efforts in our community, we prioritize watering plants and flowers while allowing the lawn to go dormant, which is a natural and healthy response for grass.
Below is an example of what the yard looks like during the spring with ample precipitation in the region, but for our fall reservations in 2025, the summer season will have just ended and likely hasn’t provided enough precipitaiton to ‘green’ up the grass yet.
