The tub is just around the corner from the deck. The display is in Celsius: it’s normally set to 38°C (about 100°F), max 40°C (104°F). Change it about an hour ahead, with the cover on.

Opening the cover

1. Unsnap the cover.
2. Flip the first half of the lid toward the yard.
3. Gently flip the rest of the cover over so it rests on the lid cover bar.

Before use

Rinse off in the shower first. Press the jet button once for low, twice for high.

After each use

• Add 1 Renew tablet (on the post next to the tub), or if using powder, the equivalent of 2 tablespoons. Run the jets on high for 10 minutes with the cover off.
• Replace the cover and secure the straps in the clips.

Never use the hot tub alone, no children under 5, max 104°F, 15 minutes at a time, no alcohol. Please don’t sit on the cover.

The propane fireplace remote is in the wall holder by the half-wall.

A floor air-conditioning unit is available June to September, in the office area.

Garbage and recycling go in the outside containers. Please secure the lids, because crows and raccoons get into open cans.

Rinse everything. No plastic bags or film, no Styrofoam, and put corrugated cardboard out separately.
